The New York Post found five hardworking dads and challenged them to lose the papa paunch over six weeks.
Rob Fletcher, a fitness vet and author of Transformation America: Choose To Live Positive, Healthy, Fit, Confident and Strong!, was enlisted to whip the dads into shape. He led workouts focused on losing fat and building lean muscle — not just weight loss.
His philosophy: “Take control. Take action. Be accountable.”
Nutritionist Danielle Pashko, author of “Smile at Your Challenges,” consulted with each dad in person and fashioned a personal food plan.
